BowlsFit is a new and inclusive fitness programme fusing together traditional Bowls with more contemporary fitness moves. We were commissioned to create new brand assets for print and social, including logo and branding, business card and social media assets.

To create a logo and other brand assets that are vibrant and relate to the name and ideas behind the business.
As with every project, we initially do our research and sketch ideas no matter how good or bad they may be. The one thing that we were keen to play on was the lines that are often found on a set of boules balls. So, from there, the icon that we have today was born from creating a version of the ball lines that are different enough, but also broken in some areas to give a more visually-pleasing result. A sans-serif typeface was used for the wordmark portion of the logo, providing an informal, clean and palatable visual to appeal to all ages. Keeping with vibrancy, we used a two-palette colour scheme of blue and pink that are changeable depending on the medium it is to appear on.
